SPARTAN AR fully supports the Second Amendment and our citizen’s rights to own legal firearms, including the AR15. Our primary goal is to provide customers with high-quality sporting style AR15s. We do not sell our ARs, or condone the use of them, as defensive or protective weapons, unless specifically targeted to the law enforcement or military market. Instead, we fully support the use of our firearms as "sporting" firearms, suitable for plinking, target and competitive shooting, hunting, collecting and investing.
Please use your AR15 safely, responsibility and sensibility within the "sporting" environment, and avoid brandishing to, pointing at, threatening, or shooting humans, other living targets, and/or protected property.
Always operate your AR in a safe manner and suitable environment. Misuse or irresponsible use can result in severe or fatal injury to yourself and/or others.
Names that we have given our AR15 models are for brand identification and recognition only, and are not meant to imply a tactical or non-sporting use. The use of the word "tactical" on or website or in any description is only for describing components, parts or accessories that are known in the general AR15 market by these terms and are not meant to imply a tactical or non-sporting use.
Because of our specific intent of the AR15 for sporting use only, SPARTAN AR neither takes responsibility nor is liable for any injury, harm, death, damage, destruction or other calamity or catastrophe caused by our products being used outside of a safe sporting environment. Please do not purchase our products if your intended use is for non-sporting activities.
